At Anura Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which returns are accepted:

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at anuranutrition@gmail.com or call us at +91 73589 72580, providing your order ID and clear images of the product received.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.

Customers are not required to pay for the return shipping in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or delays caused by courier partners.

Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit, depending on the specific case and availability of the product.
